Type instantly. Speak instantly. Organize instantly.
The Glasslist that keeps your brain clear.
Glasslist is built for that side-monitor workflow where you need one line at the top, one key to add it, drag-and-drop structure, obvious shortcuts, and progress that stays visible without opening a single extra panel.
Why it feels good
No menus. No ceremony. Just capture, sort, finish.
Typing starts in the top field the second the window opens. Pasting multiple lines becomes a whole batch of tasks. One undo removes the whole batch.
Built-in rhythm
Platforms
Windows now. macOS build flow. iPhone live.
Features
Everything important is obvious the first time you use it.
Instant top-line capture
Open the app and start typing immediately. Hit Enter once and the task lands exactly where you expect.
Voice in the same field
Tap the microphone on that same top line and dictate there directly, with live text while you speak and transcript cleanup when you stop.
Bulk paste that stays sane
Paste seven lines, get seven tasks. Hit CtrlZ, and the whole batch disappears as one motion.
Drag for priority
Move tasks above or below other groups to reprioritize them fast, without popping open any separate sort view.
Nesting with no ceiling
Drop one task onto another to make a subtask. Drop again to go deeper. Collapse branches when you want a tighter view.
Progress that reads at a glance
Use Space for +10% and Backspace for -10% on desktop. On iPhone, swipe right for +10% and swipe left to pull it back down.
How it works
A clean loop you can learn in under a minute.
Capture
Type into the top bar or tap the mic and talk into that same place. Hit Enter and move on.
Shape
Drag tasks to reorder them, or drop them onto each other for nested structure with no extra mode switch.
Finish
Tap Space to push progress forward on desktop, or swipe on iPhone. Click the checkbox to cross it off, or hit the visible × to kill it entirely.
